Powering both phones is MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 chipset, which has crossed the 4-million mark on AnTuTu 11. They come with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and run Origin OS 6.0 based on Android 16, backed by 5 years of OS updates and 7 years of security patches. The X300 series also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for strong water and dust resistance.
